Verification of Employment

  • Verifications of employment can not be completed verbally. Please fax VOE's to (707) 399-5139, or click on the PS Areas of Responsibility listed under the Quicklinks to the right, to identify the Personnel Specialist II, to email your request to. Please be advised that requests are processed within 3 - 5 business days, and are processed in the order received. It is encouraged to fax your VOE if it is urgent. 

    Please also note that the Authorizations of Release for VOE's must be dated within 30 days of our receipt in order for us to process.
