Welcome to Facilities and Construction

Facilities Master Plan Committee

  • As part of the master planning process, a Facilities Master Plan Committee (FMPC) was formed to engage a diverse group of District and Community stakeholders in the planning effort. This committee discussed the existing school sites’ condition and educational program goals of the District in order to develop a long term vision and “road map” for improvement of the District’s facilities infrastructure. Agenda items for the meetings include review of LPA’s school site condition assessments data, program methodologies to meet the needs of 21st Century learners, student demographic trends, school safety and security, school site master plan enhancement proposals, funding sources opportunities, community outreach strategies and stakeholder groups prioritization of proposed scopes of work to meet the potential funding available to implement the Facilities Master Plan program recommendations.
