    to upload your own supporting documents! 

     

    SUMMER MONTH REGISTRATION

     

    WHILE SCHOOLS ARE OUT: 

     

     

    Please register your child "online"

     

    as follows:

     

    1. Fill out and submit the online registration form

    2. Scan and upload the necessary supporting documents if possible

    3. If you cannot scan/upload your documents, that is okay. Gather and keep them until the school office returns

    in the first week of August. 

    4. The school will recieve the registration notification

    and be in touch with you to complete your registration.

Registration Requirements:

    • Complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
    • Gather the additional, necessary PAPERWORK (See Below)
    • Bring the completed, signed Online Registration Form, plus, the required paperwork to your School of Attendance
      • Not sure which is your School of Attendance is? CLICK HERE!
    • Once the above is submitted to your school; registration is COMPLETE!

     

    **ADDITIONAL PAPERWORK to be submitted to your school with the completed online reg form:

    1. Two current proofs of true residence (where child sleeps at night)
    2. A copy of Shot Records
    3. A copy of Birth Certificate or other acceptable proof of age
