Effective January 1, 2016, former students who met all requirements to earn a high school diploma, with the exception of passing the CAHSEE, are eligible to receive a high school diploma.
Complete the below form if you believe you meet these requirements. Applications will be reviewed by a Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District registrar or counselor. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process the application. You will be contacted by the school registar.
For further information, or if you have any questions, please contact the Registrar at the last school you attended. You can also learn more about SB 172 by visiting the State of California website.
