    Falcons SOAR?

SOAR stands for Safe, Organized, Always respectful, and Responsible

We expect all Fairfield Falcons to strive to meet these expectations in all places on campus.  This is a small part of our Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) programs which works to establish systems and supports in order for schools to achieve social, emotional, and academic success.
