A visit to Nelda Mundy reveals a school with high expectations. Students understand and honor the rules: Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful. Our students and staff take personal pride in our school and within our family.
Our students love to interact with their teachers, administrators, and their peers in a positive, academic, and social manner. Our team of teachers and staff members truly value relationships with our students, parents, community, each other, and us. We work collaboratively with each and every person that we come in contact with. We are a team!
We strive to meet the needs of each and every individual student within our school in order to prepare them to be productive members in both the academic setting and the real world. Our high expectations prepare our students for the challenges they will face within academic careers. We are proud to continue student-led parent/teacher conferences for our report card conferences and we know this is a highly effective method to encourage our students to take responsibility for their learning. The positive rapport teachers have established with our students is evident and contagious! In spite of an ever-growing student population, Nelda Mundy encompasses all the qualities of a small neighborhood school. Welcome to the Timberwolf Family!
