KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR:
Children who turn 5, with birth dates from September 2, 2016 - September 1, 2017, can now register for Kindergarten placement for the 2022-2023 school year.

TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN FOR 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR:

Transitional Kindergarten is available for students who turn 5 after the Kindergarten cut-off date. TK students turn 5 from September 2, 2022, through February 2, 2023, are eligible for the 22-23 school year which starts on August 17, 2022.

ETK: The FSUSD Governing Board has granted “ETK” (Early TK) placement eligibility for younger students outside of the TK requirements, who turn 5 within the school year if space is available, and after all of the official state “qualified” TK students within the district have been placed. ETK eligibility requires students to have birth dates from 2/3/18 to 6/9/18.

ETK WAITING LIST: At a parent’s request, an ETK age-qualified child will be added to the district-managed ETK WAITING LIST by the resident school site staff, for TK classroom placement consideration, after the school year starts.

The Elementary Education Department will directly notify parents by phone, if space becomes available, with no guarantee of placement.

TO REGISTER:

The new online registration form will have the new 2022-2023 school year drop-down to select for registration.
Using a computer or laptop, click forward to "General Registration" and follow instructions to complete the form, and upload necessary documents.
Once the form has been submitted electronically, immediately contact your school office of registration, to complete the final registration process.
