Facilities Master Plan

WHAT IS A FACILITIES MASTER PLAN?

Facility master planning is, by its nature, a broad endeavor. It is a process by which many stakeholders provide input regarding long-range, strategic issues relating to the District's educational and operational goals. The Facility Master Plan (FMP) is a "living" document and a strategic planning tool that identifies short-term and long-term facility goals within the District for the next 10-20 years.

2022 FACILITIES MASTER PLAN UPDATE

Once the priorities were identified and reviewed by the Governing Board on September 23, 2021, staff worked to update the estimates from the original 2016 Facilities Master Plan.  The costs were escalated and scope removed or revised to align with both the 2021 priorities and the projects that had been completed since 2016.  In addition, staff provided estimates for the top ten District-wide priorities.  These costs have been reviewed by the Facilities Subcommittee and by the Governing Board.
