Student Board Member

Aiyanah Polk is a driven Senior at Fairfield High School with a passion for leadership, advocacy, and school spirit. Known for her energy and determination, Aiyanah has been deeply involved in student government since her freshman year—serving as Freshman Class President, Sophomore Class President, and ASB President for the 2024–2025 school year. Her dedication to making a difference has shaped her vision as this year’s Student Board Member.

With a natural talent for communication and a strong belief in student voice, Aiyanah hopes to amplify the ideas and concerns of her peers across FSUSD. As Chair of the Student Advisory Council, she is working to launch a "Student Voice" initiative aimed at ensuring students have a consistent, structured way to share feedback and help improve their school communities.

Outside the classroom, Aiyanah is a multi-sport athlete who plays varsity volleyball and softball. She is also passionate about baking—a hobby she enjoys both as a creative outlet and a way to bring joy to others. These interests have taught her the value of teamwork, discipline, and positivity.

Aiyanah’s leadership journey began at Grange Middle School, where she was honored as Student of the Year. Since then, her goal has remained steady: to be a role model, a listener, and an advocate for all students. She believes in the power of inclusion, and is committed to helping her fellow students feel seen, heard, and empowered.
