I wanted to share an update with you regarding the ongoing issues we are experiencing with call quality. Yesterday 8x8, the company that provides our phone service, sent two engineers to help determine the cause of the poor call quality. The engineers provided us with test results and data that pointed to an issue with our internet provider, Comcast. We have a support ticket open with Comcast and are working with them to identify and resolve the issue. I apologize for the continued issues with the phone system. We are working to have them resolved soon.
