Fairfield, CA (May 5, 2025) – The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is pleased to recognize the achievements of three outstanding students who advanced to the third round of the California State Spelling Bee on Saturday, April 26, at The Great Wolf Lodge. Sixth graders Sadia Hennous from the Virtual Academy of Fairfield-Suisun and Kayla Wu from Green Valley Middle School, along with seventh grader Gwen Sabio from the Virtual Academy, showcased exceptional spelling skills and represented the district with pride and poise.
