Order Transcripts

Registrar of Early College High School

To enroll your student at Early College High School, you must apply to the program. Once accepted you will be prompted to submit the following enrollment documents:

Two proofs of residency
Immunization record printout
Birth certificate copy
Transcript from the former school, official if possible

**Please note that you must register for your home school before requesting to go to a different school of choice. Check to see if RHS is your home school by using Find my School.**

ECHS Alumni Transcript Requests, Including Class of 2021

If you are alumni in need of an official or unofficial transcript please visit Parchment at Parchment to sign up and place your order. There is a small fee per transcript. Orders are filled within 3 business days.

Duplicate Diploma

Original diplomas never picked up, please email ECHS Registrar, Stephanie Blanc to make an appointment.

Please note: The cost starts at $35, not including delivery fees, and turn around time is 6-8 weeks.

Special Education Record

All Special Education records can be requested directly from the Special Education Department.

Education Verification Companies/Employers

Education Verifications must be received in writing and must include a signed release of information. If you need an education verification, please email your request, including a signed release of information, email ECHS Registrar, Stephanie Blanc
