Fairfield-Suisun Adult School is proud to offer the the Child & Youth Program Assistant Training program in conjunction with the Department of Air Force Youth Programs and Solano County Office of Education.
Start your journey in child care and education with a rewarding position as a Child & Youth Program Assistant (CYPA). This role is more than a job — it’s a career pathway into early childhood education, teaching, and youth development.
Program Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Must attend at least one orientation
Speak, read, and write English at a 9th grade level
Have a high school diploma or GED
