Fairfield-Suisun Adult School is proud to partner with Travis Air Force Base and Solano County Office of Education to offer Child and Youth Program Assistant Training. On October 6, 2025, 29 students took their first steps toward a new career as childcare specialists at Travis Air Force Base. Over the next week, they will receive specialized instruction from Annette Gardner, Lead Training & Curriculum Specialist at Travis. After they complete their training, they will receive a week of Jobseeker Services from our partners at Solano County Office of Education. This includes workshops in work ethic, social media, resume writing, and a mock interview.
