Introduction to Manufacturing - Class Starts February 23 Register Here

 In partnership with the Solano Community College Maintenance Certification program, FSAS is offering an Introduction to Manufacturing class. This class will introduce you to the manufacturing industry and provide the opportunity to learn the basics of electrical motors and circuits, how to use hand and power tools, and the fundamentals of fluid and air power. It will also include a visit to Solano Community College’s Maintenance Technician program for students to meet the instructor and learn about the next steps in their training. Students who continue in Solano Community College’s Maintenance and Technician Program will have the opportunity to earn a Certificate of Achievement, which will make them eligible for most Industrial Maintenance positions.


Enterprise Resource Planning - Class Starts February 23  Register Here

The Enterprise Resource Planning program prepares students to use tools such as System Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP), used by major companies to manage logistics, resources, and supply chains. This program provides opportunities for advancement in the fields of transportation and logistics, which are projected to frow by 40% in Solano County by 2032.
