Recognition honors her dedication to service and leadership in the district and beyond
Fairfield, CA (June 29, 2026) - FSUSD is proud to celebrate Dr. Jesica Reed, Assistant Director of Student Services, who was recently crowned Mrs. Solano County.
Known throughout FSUSD for her unwavering commitment to supporting students, families, and staff, Dr. Reed brings the same spirit of service and leadership to the broader community. Her new title reflects a dedication to civic engagement, advocacy, and making a positive difference both inside and outside the district.
The Solano County Pageant, led by Executive Director Carole Warren and her team, is a women's development program designed to foster confidence, leadership, public speaking skills, and community involvement . Throughout the year, titleholders serve as ambassadors at numerous local events, including Fairfield's Tomato Festival, Jelly Belly's Candy Palooza, Relay for Life, Suisun City's waterfront celebrations, and holiday community gatherings.
Dr. Reed exemplifies leadership and dedication to service," said Assistant Director of Human Resources, Dr. Cheryl Countee. "Her passion for supporting others is a model for staff across the district."
As Mrs. Solano County, Dr. Reed will continue serving communities across the county while promoting causes that strengthen and uplift others.
