ABOUT FAIRFIELD-SUISUN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

Located in the heart of Northern California, Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District (FSUSD) serves approximately 20,600 students across 32 schools in the cities of Fairfield and Suisun, including three high schools, four middle schools, seventeen elementary schools, several alternative schools, and one Adult School. With a diverse student population and strong community partnerships, FSUSD is committed to academic excellence, equity and opportunity. Dedicated teachers and staff, alongside supportive parents and caregivers, work collaboratively to implement board-adopted goals and guide students on a clear path to success in school and beyond. The district’s central location offers access to opportunities in higher education and the career pathway of their choice, such as UC and California State University campuses, community colleges, and private universities.
FSUSD offers a range of innovative options for students, including International Baccalaureate, Early College High School, Career Technical Education pathways, and a Virtual Academy. Guided by its Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), the district supports student success through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, literacy programs, and a commitment to parent and community engagement. FSUSD prioritizes inclusive, high-quality learning experiences that prepare each and every student for college, career and life.
